Frederick Davis Productions Entertainment is the one-stop shop for your event and entertainment needs. Frederick Davis is a multi talented entertainer, born and bred in Ohio.

Frederick has spent most of his life on stage and has experienced and gained a wealth of knowledge on how the entertainment business works on a local and international level.

This has prompted Frederick to establish his own independent production company, Frederick Davis Productions. This endeavor will allow him to be in control of his career as a performer, which includes booking himself as a soloist for live performances, to performing with a twelve piece band.

FDP is customer centric and offers services at a competitive and affordable rate. Services range from music and recording production to videographer, photography and Disc Jockey.

Biography Frederick is a nationally recognized vocalist, percussionist, and songwriter with over 37 years of performance experience. Born and bred in Cleveland, Ohio, Frederick began singing and playing music instruments at the age of ten. Frederick also has a stage presence that brings excitement to any function. He is a veteran of stage and comfortable in the spotlight, singing his favorite tunes from George Benson, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, Frank Sinatra, and Johnny Mathis, to Louis Armstrong.In 1985, Frederick recorded and released his first album project on a local label, (Time Traxx Records) which produced a hit single entitled Gentle (calling your name) that reached #48 on Billboards (Black 100 singles) in 1986. Frederick signed a management contract with the Los Angeles based management company, Grant Management, (GMI) and Norby Walters booking agency, which produced a mid-west tour. Frederick has established himself as an all around entertainer for any occasion. His voice drips with soul on both originals and covers. Frederick has been asked by various organizations to perform the National Anthem. This would include Veteran's Ceremonies, Basketball games, and boxing shows. In July 2002, he was featured artist for the National paralyzed Veteran's Wheelchair Games, hosted by the Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. In this setting his music allows him to share the stage with governors, senators, TV personalities and sports figures, working in some of Ohio's finest Ball Rooms and Country Clubs. Frederick has also played in some of Cleveland's hottest jazz clubs, opened and performed with such world-renown acts as "Kim Sax man Waters, Cleveland's own Horns & Things, Forecast and Moment’s Notice, to name a few. To add to his credits, Frederick has performed with some of Ohio’s premier wedding and society bands, such as Eugene Ross & Company, Night Bridge, Art Newman & Company Orchestra, and Dennis Samsa & Night Breeze. Working with these organizations afforded Frederick the opportunity to perform in all aspects of the music business whenever possible.In 2003, Frederick joined the renowned Jerry Bruno Orchestra as front man. Frederick has established himself as a performer to watch out for. Whether Frederick is seducing an audience with an ultra smooth Ballard or using his silky baritone to funk up a party, his performances are sure to be moving, entertaining and not to be missed.Frederick is pleased to announce that he has added to his show and performances, “The Wedding Singer”, performing wedding standards, and songs from the American Songbook. Frederick also performs his tributes to Louis Armstrong, Lou Rawls and Stevie Wonder. Frederick is available and will perform in various venues to include private party’s festivals, weddings, summer jazz series and more. Frederick hires some of the most talented and professional musicians, ranging from piano to a Jazz trio for small dinner parties to an eight piece party band. Frederick has a song list ranging from Contemporary, Oldies, R&B, Big Band/Standards, and Jazz to Motown.

Welcome to FD Video Works, My name is Frederick Davis; I am the owner, operator, production manager, videographer, and photographer.

I'm just starting out in the videographer and photography business. However, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and on hands experience over the years working in the entertainment business.

My objective is to capture artistic, marketable and interesting events. I accomplish this by not limiting myself and actually recording weddings, sporting events and other areas of interest. My goal is to create short films and documentaries.

At FD Video I aim to be the one-stop shop for all of your event and videographer needs. Through this approach I offer a wide range of wedding and other event packages, covering the tightest of budgets to the most extravagant of packages.
